Flat Rates for Estate Planning
Basic estate planning start at $800 for an individual, or $1,400 for a married couple. Typical estate plans include the Last Will and Testament, Financial Power of Attorney, Health Care Power of Attorney, Health Care Directive, and Notification of Burial Wishes.
More complex estate planning, probate and/or trust administration, and other projects may utilize hourly billing as necessary.
