Flat Rates for Estate Planning
Typical estate plans start at $750 for an individual, or $1,200 for a married couple. Typical estate plans include the Last Will and Testament, Financial Power of Attorney, Health Care Power of Attorney, Health Care Directive, and Notification of Burial Wishes.
More complex estate planning, probate and/or trust administration, and other projects may utilize hourly billing as necessary.
